Rooster Chicken

Don't just fry the chicken! Try to be made with a mixture of different flour and added with chili that can make you collect!
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
3 tsp salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 ½ tablespoon Garlic powder
150 grams of flour
50 gr sago tani flour
1 ½ tablespoon of chili powder
Tomato, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Basil
water
Sambal:
10 pcs cayenne pepper
3 pcs garlic
1/4 tsp roasted shrimp paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle the chicken with a pinch of salt, ground garlic and pepper on both sides until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, sago flour, chili powder, garlic residue, salt residue and pepper residue.

Fried chicken until cooked and browned. Lift and set aside.
