Material:
15 red onions, finely sliced
3 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
25 grams of brown sugar, comb
2 teaspoons of tamarind water, from 1 teaspoon of tamarind and 2 teaspoons of water
Ground spices:
3 large red chilies
3 red onions
1 teaspoon of paste
4 candlenut, roasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
2. Add sliced shallots, brown sugar, and tamarind water. Stir until cooked. Lift and serve.
