Make Soto Madura

materials needed in between
250 grams of beef has non-fat deep
4 chicken eggs
Ground spices:
1 tablespoon of rice that has been soaked for 6 hours
5-6 pcs shallots
2 candlenuts
1 segment of ginger, galangal, turmeric
1 turmeric segment
1 packet of instant Soto Madura meat flavor
3-4 pcs of garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
coriander, salt, sugar, pepper, and MSG (to taste)
Other ingredients:
1 lemongrass stick
3 pieces of orange leaf
water and cooking oil to taste
1 stalk of onion and celery
Chilli ingredients:
1 pcs garlic
15 pcs of cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Complement:
Glass noodles, fried onions, lime, soy sauce (to taste)
How to cook:
Boil meat and eggs. Drain well.
Saute ground spices, add lemongrass and orange leaves.
Boil half-boiled water, add spices, meat, and eggs.
Add sliced leeks and celery.
Boil the chili ingredients, blender then cook again until cooked.
