This delicious and practical Brain-Fried Rice can be relied on for the breakfast menu.

Serving: 3 servings
Material:
500 grams of white rice, aerate
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
5 vegetarian brains, fried, cut into pieces
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into squares
2 caisim stems, cut into pieces

1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
