Materials needed:
- 100 gram crackers
- Sausages 5 pieces cut thin
- Beef 5 pieces of thin meatballs
- Egg 1 grain
- Leek 2 stems cut short
- Carrots 2 thin pieces
- White mustard 5 pieces cut into pieces
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- Just enough sugar
- Water as needed

Easy steps to cook Bandung's wet seblak:
1. Wash crackers then soak them in hot water until tender. Next drain. Make scrambled eggs and set aside.
2. Saute the spices until fragrant, then scallions, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour a little water.
3. Then add sausages, meatballs, crackers as well as scrambled eggs. Just stir-fry the spices until they smell nice. Just add mustard greens and carrots. Don't forget to add sugar and salt to taste. Saute the marinade until it is completely absorbed.
4. If it is better to remove and serve together with warm rice.
