Presents Ketchup Taoco Chicken Recipe for a Delicious Dinner Menu
The perfect blend of taoco and sweet soy sauce makes the taste of the Taoco Chicken Cah Recipe so amazingly delicious.
Time: 45 minutes
Serving: 6 servings
Material:
1 chicken, cut 12 parts
2 bay leaves
3 pieces of orange leaf, bone removed
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 lemongrass stems, crushed
3 tablespoons of taoco
3 large green chilies, cut 1 cm
3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
400 ml of water
1 leek, sliced sliced
2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
Ground spices:
10 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
How to make soy sauce Taoco Chicken Cah:
1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, orange leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add taoco and chili. Stir until cooked.
2. Add the chicken. Stir until it changes color.
3. Sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
